How It Works
We are happy you asked! Please look through our RVs and select which one you feel would best fit your needs. Check your dates and see if the RV you like is available. Once you choose your RV and the dates of travel, please request a booking!
Guest Screening & Rental Requirements
As our fleet is high-end luxury vehicles, we do take care to make sure we are renting to responsible guests. We will ask:
- where are you traveling to?
- how many people are in your party? (please keep in mind our RVs only have 4 seatbelts)
- Are you ok with our rules of no unpaved roads, no festivals (especially no Burning Man), no pets, no smoking, and keeping the RV in above freezing temperatures if not winterized? Also, there is no climbing on the roof. You must return the RV clean, sewer dumped, with full diesel and propane unless extra fees paid for this convenience.
Booking Approval, Payments & Security Deposits
After we have approved your booking, 50% of the total charge is due at the time of booking. The remainder of your charge is due 7 days before pick up. You can add any “add-ons” up until the time of pick up. Two days before pick-up, you will need to secure the rental with a $1500 security deposit on a credit card. Security deposits will be charged 2 days prior to departure and are refunded within 14 business days of return on the same credit card used pending any damages to the rental. Cash deposits will be refunded via check within 7-10 business days. If opting to rent the E-bikes, there is an additional USD $1000 refundable security deposit per bike due 2 days before departure, at the time that the regular security deposit is collected.
Vehicle Preparation, Pickup & Return
On the day of your arrival, we will make sure the RV is road ready for you, including topping off the fluid levels, making sure the RV is clean, and small details like having the refrigerator and freezer already cooled down.
Pick up and return times are by reservation only. Please contact us to discuss your reservation time. We will try our best to accommodate you. The standard pick up time is at 2:00 pm and the standard return time is at 11:00 am. However there are some days that we have multiple pick ups and returns and may need to adjust the time (can set with you at the time of the booking), to accommodate for other reservations that are already booked. Early pick up (if available) is complimentary. If you would like a late return (after 1:00 pm), please book this ahead of time for an additional $175 fee, but keep in mind that the vehicle still needs to be returned at least 90 minutes before sunset to allow time for return inspection.
After you arrive, we will complete an orientation and inspection with pre-trip pictures with you. This can often take anywhere from 60 minutes to 90 minutes depending on if you have already rented a motorhome or are familiar with them. We will do a short test drive with you to make sure you are comfortable driving before you leave. To help expedite your departure, please read and sign your rental contract prior to arrival.

Support During Your Trip
We will give you our personal cell phone number should you have any questions or concerns while you are out on the road. If, God forbid, you run in to trouble, are in an accident, or have damage to the vehicle, please first make sure that you are personally safe. Once in a safe position, please call us for guidance. Should there be another person or property involved, you will need to notify the local police/authorities and file a police report.
Return Process & Security Deposit Refunds
On your return, we will complete a return inspection with post-trip pictures. As long as there is no damage, the RV is clean same as how you received it, with no missing items, and the fuel and propane tanks are full, and the black and grey tanks are empty and flushed, you will be receiving your security deposit back. Please note that if you only empty the black tank without flushing it, it may show that the tank is still full or partially full, and you may be charged for us to flush it for you.
